Refund policy
At Minka Pakistan, we do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team. The exchange process will be subject to stock availability.
