Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

Choose your shoe, pick your colour and size, and tap Add to cart. At checkout, enter your delivery details and choose how you'd like to pay. You'll get an order confirmation with your order number (it starts with MK).

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or pay in advance by bank transfer and get 5% off (save up to Rs. 500).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and delivered within 4–6 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 4,500. Standard shipping charges apply to smaller orders and are shown at checkout.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Not at the moment. We deliver within Pakistan only.

How do I track my order?

We ship with PostEx. Use the tracking number from your dispatch message on our Track your order page, or send us your order number on WhatsApp.

Sizing

Which sizes do you have?

Our shoes come in sizes 36 to 42.

How do I find my size?

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and compare it with our size chart. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one. Customer reviews on each product also mention how that style fits.

Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition, with a valid proof of purchase. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange your pair for another size or style within 7 days of delivery.

How do I request an exchange?

Contact our support team on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the size or style you'd like instead. We'll guide you through the rest.

Care

How should I care for my shoes?

Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Keep them away from direct heat and store them in their box when you're not wearing them.
